So I have been trying to add player faces for one of my saves as I haven't downloaded any, so I had a go myself.
I followed all the steps:
1. Create the .png file
2. Find the player ID
3. Update the XML config file as needed with the filename and ID
4. Repeated this with all 15 or so players
5. Cleared the cache and reloaded the skin
Volume 0%
When I went back into FM20, two players had the images but the rest did not, one was the very first one I did, I tested that one on its own first, the second one was a completely random player in the middle of the list.
I can't work out what's wrong as there are no differences between the way I've edited the XML file, etc.
