Good evening. On my old computer everything was going well. For a week now that I have got my new computer I am facing an unprecedented problem. I want to point out that I am an experienced user of the game and everything that has to do with loading the graphics .After the first start of the game on my new computer when I tried to load all the graphics I got a crash dump.All right so far I go to the corresponding folder on my computer and delete it.From then on, all the obstacles started for me.While the game was starting and loading before reaching the main screen, two beeps sounded and the application closed abruptly.Searching the internet for similar behaviors I saw that I had to rename the game folder found in my documents and delete the cache and preferences as well.Everything is fine so far and the game starts again normally.The problem now is that when I try to load the graphics from the preferences while it shows me that the new graphics are loading and as far as I know this takes a few seconds it only takes 2 seconds and does not load any graphics except skins.
I have tried several things until I reinstalled the game but nothing has changed about it and I decided to talk to you maybe you can solve my problem
