downloading tactics

hey all sorry if been asked before,
but i can't seem to download any tactics from fm scout, skins i can but for some reason tactic wont show up,
i have re installed game and put (fmf) files it the tactics folder in sports interactive but once star a game i go to load tactic but folder is not showing up....

any help or advice much appreciated

I found this, go into steam, and into the tactics file that way i think. I went in via C: drive and FM20 files and had same problem.
