The first thing I would do is sell my players who could only play left or right back.
It allowed me during the game to make several changes such as moving the support man to anchor (3-1-4-2), moving the support man to central midfield (3-5-2), moving the support man to another striker (3-4-3), among other things.
Does anybody have a tactic I can download that suits this formation? I prefer a mixed style of play.
