Your tactic is all over the place imo. Far too many contradicting instructions in there. I can advise different but it would be wholesale changes.

You have two choices then really.... Either download a tactic that is plug and play & you can then concentrate on getting the players you want & working on other areas. If you want to go down this route then look at Knapp's tactic table in this forum as it is very comprehensive.
Or you could learn the tactical side yourself & build something that will work better. If you want to do this I can certainly advise some starting pointers.
