hi, I created this tactic:
https://imgur.com/a/PBRosxC but i have strggled to make it succsessfull for my squad, the main problems i have is creating quality chances and movement in the final third ,any help would be greatly appreciated

Your tactic has too many attacking roles & too many in possession instructions.
Change the following.
DLPD to DMD or Anchor man.
Other DLPD to DLPS or RPM
APA to MEZA, CMA or B2B
Both wing backs to WBS
Right winger to IFS/IWS or APS in you go MEZA with the right centre mid.
You are playing a custom GG Press so lose the following In Possession TI's & change as listed.
Pass Into Space
Lower More Direct Passing to Shorter.
Extremely wide Width to normal or wide.
Hit early crosses to Work Ball into Box
Turn off overlaps, not needed with WBS's on Positive mentality
Maybe highlight run less with ball to help with possession in the final third or lower tempo to slower.
Also Lower Pressing to Urgent, your intensity is very high. Your players will be knackered.
Try that for starters but be aware you are playing a high pressure/high skill kind of football here, there's a real danger you will pin teams in who will just low block you. You will need high creative players to unlock certain defences.
Also teams who are better than you will chew you up down the wings.
