Playing in spain without a B team, sometimes there are sub-19 players that are too good for their team but not good enough to play in the 1st team. Based on your experience, which is the best way to develop them?
- Keep them in the sub-19 for their last year
- Loan him to a 2nd or 3rd division team, which would have worse training facilities than me.
- Keep them in the first team, making them play in the first rounds of copa del rey.
