Scouting recommendation

In the player search window, I have a 57 recommendation on a player.
However, when opening the scout report, it shows 65.

One some player the number is same, on other players again its different.

Any clues to why its like this?

Apparently in FM21 it seemingly averages your Scout Report and Analyst Report. Annoying, but I haven't found a way to change it.

Hi, how far are you both into the game? I'm only around 2 weeks in and find this quite annoying. I have some players that are quality signings yet still only rated 50-60? I'm thinking once the season starts and players have played competitive games the analyst reports will improve/increase?
