Name change for Spanish lower league teams?

Hey guys! Is there any way there could be an editor file made, like the name fixes and such, for changing those initials in the names of the clubs from Spain especially? I find it quite inestethic, especially in the lower leagues so many of them, such as CD Alcoyano, San Fernando CD , UD Logrones, most of them have this kind of namesThere are some groups in the 3rd league that 3/4 of the teams start with CD
