That's right fellow managers you can carry over your tactical masterpkans, set pieces, training schedules etc over to Fm21 to help you get started and give you more time to finding hidden gems, developing new aspects to your game as you spend less time recreating what worked so well for you in the last game, or ideas that started coming together in the last games can be carried straight over without having to start again. I don't know if this was previously possible or not but thought it was a nice touch. Hope this help!!
Did you know that saved tactics, set pieces, ect from FM 20 can be used in FM 21?
I have just discovered that my old saved tactics etc from FM 20 can be re-use on Fm21
