I've been trying since yesterday to donate and get Genie Scout 21g, I am a happy user of the previous version and never had any trouble with it before.
However now I cannot seem to check out no matter what I do, I have tried using credit card and PayPal and neither one seems to go through. Have tried multiple credit cards which I know are good and the checkout will not work,
I go through the entire checkout and when I reach the final confirmation I just get a message which says "We regret that your payment or order could not be accepted. There are many reasons why this might occur. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."
Is this a problem for just me or is the checkout currently broken?
