Just started a career mode in fm 2021 touch version with Southampton.
I put a lot of playable leagues and a large database (leagues from around 20 nations and more than 1 division to many of them). My pc's estimated speed/performance is half a star but it has always been like that with the latest versions and I always put this amount of nations/leagues/divisions.
So the problem is that when I click to look at the members of my backroom staff, I only find the Dof, Assistant manager, Chief Scout, Head Physio and maybe one more guy whose role I don't remember right now. The thing is that I cannot find a single coach, scout, physio, etc, in my team, neither in the other teams. Also, when I type names of coaches or scouts that exist in the game (Daniele Baldini, Rod ruddick and many many others), no result is appearing.
Are there any relevant settings that I might have skipped in this version? Is my laptop just under-performing?
