Just like the title suggests, im wondering how to know if my fitness coaches is Strength coaches or Quickness coaches. Was trying RDF's training schedules and it said that it's recommended to have 3 fitness coaches with 1 general, 1 strength and 1 quickness
Thanks for the help!
Its about what you assign them to. The stats are the same for both positions. Basicaly what you do is have one fitness coach solely focused on strength category, one solely focused on quickness category, and the 3rd one (usually the worst one) shared between both categories to reduce load. Giving the star rating of the category is defined by the lead coach. Its the same startegy used for the other coaches, with the exception that here both categories use the same stats.
I dont know if the stats of these secondary coaches used in several categories to reduce load matter much, though reports do tell you all the time to reduce the asignments of these coaches but the training ratigns dont seem to be affected, neither seems to be other consequences if you leave it like that.

So, having two very good fitness coaches and totally trash ones for the rest is actually the perfect way to go? Cause why would i waste my money on good coaches (especially for big ones) if it won't effect the trainign quality at all since i already have 2 guys assigned to each categories are good enough.
If I can afford it I usually have one coach specifically assigned to each category, including the two fitness categories. Then I have one coach who is assigned to everything (adding his 1/2 star rating to the mix) to reduce training load to "Light".

That's what i am also doing too. I just wonder if having more coaches has any effect at all or their attributes has any effects?
