New to game

Hi Guys,

New to Fm after about a 10 year lay off, just a quck question, i set up tactics at the start of the game, start really well and then gradually get worse, i have dowloaded traning schedules but it seems to make little diffference,, do i need to create a seperate tactic, any help much appreciated

Adding to that, should i pay atention to assistant manager team changes, i do but not sure if tis is a problem

one last thing , team training intesity, what should this be at

If you're new to the game, I'd start off by getting yourself a tactic from the site. Knap has plenty of good ones along with lots of other creators. Using another tactic that has been tested by others will help to give you an idea.

Similarly, I'd leave training (and most of the other stuff) to the Assistant Manager. Let him take care of things while you get used to the game, as you start to understand stuff then gradually take more responsibility on.
