Game crashes after players are send off with red card!

I play fm2011 with 2 friends online.

Everything seemed to work just fine, but:

Everytime a player is send off with a red card,
you automatically go to the tactics screen.
After you've made your adjustments you click on save and return to match.
But when you return to the match, the game seems to crash!!!!

What to do?!?!?

Seems like a bug to me, so I would post it on the official SI forum for FM11 bugs.
