Can't select team to manage after editing database

Before starting a new game, I made various changes using the pre-game editor.

Now, when I start a new game, I am unable to select one team (Man City - see screenshot) which is greyed out.

This is the team where I have made the majority of changes.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

Have you verified the file within pre-game editor?

Yes database is verified.

It'll be some sort of error with man city, can you send me the file and I'll check it out?
