Hi all,

This year I have broken my traditional approach of leaving all training to my assistant. After researching the benefits or rather seeing the stupid choices my assistant was making, I decided to give it a go.

It has been good for individual progression to some extent but I have found that I am often getting updates about players being unhappy about the general training quality and the individual training not having any benefit.

I am curious is this a regular theme for others? Is there anything people do to amend this? I just usually tinker and give them what they ask for but that's only a short term thing.
Ignore them about happiness. You will ask you one day for more quickness. You add quickness. They will come up to complain about so much quickness (you only had apply 1 quickness schedule), and lack of tactical training.

My advice: Ignore them and make a balanced training.
Ignore it, I have never had a player leave because of training complaints. And you will find that if you start to train more quickness (if that is what they wanted) they will soon complain about something else, usually lack of general team training. There is a hidden attribute for complaining that I think influences this.
