In game scout not working even after researching numerous workarounds!

Hello:

As per title: your in game scout does not work at all.

I have spent a considerable amount of time researching work-arounds etc etc, but none of these have worked.

I 'donated' specifically to get this feature.

I sadly note that many other users have experienced this problem, and there appears to be a lack of response. Also, this appears to be a historical issue with previous versions of FM.

If this feature does not work properly, it should not be advertised.

Please answer: do you have a working solution, or any plans to fix this? Or am I doing something wrong? I have tried running as admin etc etc.

Please alter your advertising.

Note: the rest of the app works perfectly, thankyou.

Can someone tell me if I can go about seeking a refund?

Mine doesn’t work and no solutions or requests have been answered or offered either

I have had the same problem for a long time, it started at FM 19, and I believe that every year it will improve, but it seems that there is no solution.

The IGS feature works for Eugene, it works for me and for others. It doesn't seem to trigger for everyone though and its functionality is inconsistent.
This issue is being reported for a couple of years now, but there's nothing new I can add to the answer above.

What I normally say is that Eugene can't replicate the issue, therefore he's unable to make it work consistently for everyone.

It's so sad that this is consistently not working, year after year.

IGS worked (barely) for me the first day then nothing.

If it works for you, are you starting both applications as administrator? Are you playing fullscreen or windowed? Using what skin in game?

The weird thing is that IGS pops up sometimes when my cursor hover on the continue button or on other random areas of the interface

For FM21 i have never seeing the IGS !!!!
I don't know what i have to do but also i never saw any official answer to the questions.
We need more instructons how to do it.
