Where did my new stadium go?

I asked the board to build anew stadium. They said no, I goaded them into agreeing.

There's no news of it. It's not under board requests (ongoing). It is no longer an option under board requests.

It's been a few months...

So i'm not the only one..
I did excactly the same. Where there already an expansion ongoing of your old Stadium??
That was the case with me,, and I think that's what triggered the error..
