Tutering help

I just dont get how you work out which player is suitable to tuter (yes I know i aint spelt it right)

Tutor, if you were wondering... anyway don't worry so much about if they wont match up or the youngster doesn't agree, its usually only the younger player that gets upset and barely has any effect on squad harmony and the trainee will get over it pretty quickly.

I don't know about anyone else but I've noticed tutoring is more difficult. For example my senior players will only have the option of tutoring players on youth contacts and no players aged 18-21. It's been frustrating because I've signed 18-21 year olds in my Morecambe game hoping to increase their low determination but I don't have the option to tutor them!

I've so far managed to get one player to be tutored he 18 and rubbish so its not even worth it. Ive got a couple of promising young guys that I want to tutor, with good experienced players that play the same positions but nope apparently their are no players that can be tutored by them...
I currently have nobody on a contract - including the one being tutored.

What I would like to see is the ability to have a player tutored by another that plays a different position provided the tutee is training to learn their position, maybe a shorter 3 month tutoring to that just helps the tutee get to grips with the nuances of the new position..

I always trying to best players to mentor younger players.

I just try the first season.
And I let one experience player to tutor an young player. After more than 3 months, the young player learned almost PPM from the older. Do i have to wait for them finishing the tutorial like in FM10, because there is an option for canceling the tutorial. Because my younger have higher determination than the older, I just want him to learn the PPM and don't want his determination go down. Unfortunately, I have no older with higher determination for training his determination again.
If I cancel the tutor, does it effect to the relationship between me and 2 players? Will they hate me or each other?
I realize that in this version FM11, a player can try new PPM and tutor/be tutored at the same time. It makes my player need less time for training new PPM. It's great.
