Poll: What HoYD should I pick?

I've set myself the challenge of not buying first team players, relying solely on my youth system. Noticed I didn't have the best youngsters coming through even though my facilities are top notch, so now looking for a new HoYD to help us improve. I should say we are a Ligue 1 side mostly playing a 4-2-3-1 Gegenpress that focuses a lot on posession.
