I don't blame Pacheco for wanting out as soon as possible. When you're clashing with the authority figures at the club, it's never a good sign - although he has every right to be frustrated!

I'd be delighted if Pacheco announced he was leaving the club by punching the technical director in the face tbh, In a pretty bleak situation, he appears to still be excelling, and that should hold him in good stead when he heads to a more stable situation.
