i have my games which crash just before launching my match
i am 2023 is there someone who has a solution please thank you

1. Remove any custom file (logos, faces, skins etc).
2. Delete Preferences & Cache Folder
3. Check-Update Graphics Card
4. Check-Update Windows
5. Verify Files on Steam
6. Turn Off Anti-virus software or check not interfering with the game.
My game is also crashing in January 2023 (31st).
I have checked and updated drivers, running the default logos etc. Verified the files and tried with anti-virus turned off.
I'm wondering if this is a bug. I've tried holidaying past the game and it still crashes.
I'm having the same issue although I'm in 2021. Can't holiday past either
