Like i said in the description: I modified the Concacaf Champions League in order to expand it and now doesn`t appear some clubs. The Salvadorian and Jamaican Clubs. So, I would like to know if there is a way or a tool to modified the Concacaf Champions League in order to make them appear again in the saved game.
