Fixtures problem

Hi mates..
I have a problem with fixtures for the next season.Usualy, around 14 june the draw has been done...but now i'm on 1/7 and the draw hasn't been done yet...also the board hasn't gave budget for the next season but the newgens has came out....what happened??? Does anyone know ????? (my brother has the same problem,and we both have the patch 11.1.0)

keep on continuing? and see? the fixtures and budget change might be later on. i don't think they are on fixed date everytime. because of WC and EC.

no.. i'm on june of 2013..the draw is always on 20/6...also the newgens come out the same date and the given budget.....i show a message that told me "superleage draw is near" and it said tha it will be on 20/6...but nothing happend and i'll do a season with only champions league
