What is a good club to start with as a first save? (New to the game)

Hi All, just bought FM21 and downloaded a few things. Haven't played the game for a long time so I also watched some YouTube. I have 3 questions:
1. What is a good club to start with as a first save? (I can't choose either)
2. If I am a little better I would like to grow up with a small club. Can you win the champions league with Sunderland, for example? (In time)
3. What are your success stories?

I think the best club to choose as a first save in FM is certainly a club you support or like in real life. This way you can relate to what happens in the game and give you a bit more of a buzz when things go well.

it is 100% possible to win the top trophies with smaller clubs. It can take time and a lot of planning but it is definitely possible. As it is a video game, growth is far more reliant on performances in the game than perhaps in real life where reputation and other factors certainly play a part in a club’s growth.
