4-4-2 is my fav however I need help

Hi people,

My name is Sebi , not new to the game itself (being a mad man about it and football in general.
Playing since 2003 if I remember correctly:).

I have a simple problem but actually is quite complicated and I am thinking maybe i need some help.

I am Romanian so normally i start a game in romanian league and try to build up. I picked Petrolul (my home town team), CFr Cluj, Dinamo Buc etc. After a period I am picked up by a bigger club and move on.

So I was picked up by LilleOSC which I loved cause they have great Backroom Staff (Luis Campo onde of the best DOF in the game and in reality and also great young players so basically a good platform to start.However after one season I am not quite happy.

I play 4-4-2 my favorite deploy tactic but my players seems not to fit in as I would like I picked up the tactic from sigames comunity and i truly believe is a great tactic. It involve a WP on the right and a Winger in the left ,2 CM support and defend and 2 strikers 1 PF on support and one AF on Attack.

On defense i have 2 fullbacks one on support and one in attack and 2 CD on Defend.
I feel that is something missing cause i am struggling in the league. One game I won 3-0 for example and then a draw and then a lost . What seems to be the problem ?

Many many Thanks to kr10who post the tactic on Sport who invented the 4-4-2 i use and in my belif with the right players is a gem of a tactic . I think i found the problem which in my case was the WP.I was playing Renato Sanchez there or Facundo Pellistri which can be a great Wp in time but i just found the best to play in that position even if is not his perfect position: Mohammed Kudus, his versatility and creativity is just perfect.
