I took the update England level10 (by Flik). My team is Jersey Bulls in Tier 10. The club have the statut "amateur". The second season we are in tier 9 and we passed "semi pro" but i can't offer a contrat semi-pro to my player.
Now i'm season 4 in tier 7 and i have the same problem. I can't offer a contrat semi pro to my player so all my player are without contract.
It's a bug from the update or it's normal ?
