I managed to steal a high potential midfielder several years ago from my rival. He has developed nicely and has spot on attributes to play as a dlp. My problem is that he doesnt seem to get involved in the game as he barley reaches a 6.9 rating in the games. I see him make assist maybe once ever 4th game and when i see his profile he should be able to do much more. I tried changing the role for him on the central midfield and still get same results.. what should i do?
