Quite the career, very nicely summarized by Alex's report there and I agree, it's astonishing a player playing in some very good leagues never managed to get a single cap for the national team. Seems now though that Stjepan has gone obscure to really build from the bottom of the footballing world, best of luck in Sri Lanka, I think you will do just fine 
Looks as though the plan is set in place for Stjepan. A solid core and build from there, which should hopefully do the business.
