one of my attributes Hands on Approach are down to 35% already?
what's that means?
how can I earn it back ?
thx!!!
I think you can imrpove it by have rotation of your squad so not playing the same 11 players all the time.
i did rotate them
i feel so weird
Then I dont know mate.
I always thought it had a lot to do with the media, like attending pretty much every press conference, talking to other manager and your own players quite often, as well as sticking to promises you give your players etc?
Oh yeah and I think it is also to do with not going on holiday.

agreed!
so i need some holiday?
Thats not what i meant. When you are going on holiday too often then hands of approach is dropping so I would reccomend not goinf on holiday.
eeee...
Dont go on holiday mate.
i didn't...mate
only all my players gone i will just save my time by holiday
i think it has a lot to do with how often you talk to the press, change the formation, change the tactics.
I thought that change the formation/tactic is classify as tactical cosisstency(sorry for spelling)
haha no holiday mate just to clarify that lol I dare say it will prob mean how much you take part in the whole club, say look at the finances, training and that but also how much you allow your assistant to do like handle the media, pick a team for you and how many private chats you have - i am only guessing though!
