Genie scout doesnt show up names that have special letters inside, like those with tones or umlauts if i write the name without them. I dont know how to use these characters. Isnt there a way for the names to be found without me trying to write the name with these letters but just the normal ones?
I tend to search for all the letters up to the special character in the name, for example if was Fernańdez, I would search 'Ferna' and find him from the results that you get from that. Not as obvious as there will still be a few that fit the criteria but it narrows it down a lot more. Hope this helps?
