How do I keep motivation to keep on a save ?

Hello I m stuck in so many saves started because I start the pre season with some deafeats or I start thinking that the club that i m managing it s not the right for me, and I m stuck with this things these days, can someone help me to how to find motivation to keep the save or finding the right club

this happened to me quite often earlier ..i get very tempted to other ideas or players.....but now im more focused on my salford save already in championship...i dont have any tricks or secrets but now whenever i get tempted..i just switch off my laptop...not a very helpful tip....but i hope it helps a a bit
