I have 2 questions.

First I want to create the old Europa Cup system like before. Europa Cup 1 (only champions), Europa Cup 2 (Cup Winners Cup) and Europa Cup 3 (uefa Cup)

How to do this?

The second one. I want to replace Qatar as World Cup host with Australia. How to do this?
