When using Genie Scout 21g v1.0 21.4 I am unable to use the Top Lists shortcut option in the menu as it always returns Access violation at address 008A0C1C in module FMGenieScout.exe error message.
This has happened since the last update. The file locations have stayed the same and tolling back a version doesn't seem to help.
Any advice?
