Players Individual Training

Hi all,

I am having trouble with players individual training. No matter what i try I always get players saying it's not suitable or no longer beneficial. Any way how to stop this or fix it please? i have asked else where and haven't got a proper answer, all i get is ignore them. Surely ignoring players is not a good thing? any help will be greatly appreciated.

i have to agree to ignore them,i always ignore when my players complain and they still improve,at the end it's the coach's job to ensure players develop as they have more knowledge regarding what the player should do to improve then what the player wants
