ive noticed recently when attempting to negotiate contracts nearing the end of their contract that a lot of them have outrageous playing time demands. like 16 year olds demanding that they be important players. as a result ive lost a lot of them for free. but it just occurred to me. do they mean important players for the first team or for the youth team? it just seems ridiculous that they would think theyd get that kind of play time..
