Editor Question

Hi guys, new to the forum so go easy on me.

I was wondering what the maximum parameters are for editing finances in FM2011?

I am having problems having the transfer budget be the same as in the editor, I am trying to build a team from League 2 up to the premiership.

I know some see it as cheating but any info on: Max Transfer Budget, Wage Budget and Balance: would be greatly appreciated.

Does the reputation also affect these?

I think the biggest amount of money you can give is 2billion on transfer budget wage and balance.

And I think reputation dosn't affect these.
