Hello, like I said I've won the swiss league with the club of Vaduz, but I'm playing the qualification of the Conference league and not the Champions league one while the second plays the qualification of the Champions league, I've also won the cup of Liechtenstein, this have might made a bug or something, anyway if someone would have the answer that would be really helpfull.

This will be because Vaduz are not Swiss so cannot 'win' the Swiss Super League. As a result of this the UEFA competition places are based on league coefficient rankings so the Swiss team that came the highest in the league will have a higher coefficient ranking than you.
