Im currently managing Reading, in npower CH. I've been trying to sign players from brazil and argentina, but all of the players got their work permit turned down. Im new to this game, what should i do to sign these players?!?!?!!?!? PLEASE HELP
Not a lot you can do apart from keeping an eye on them and trying again say next season or manage another club that can sign them. Not sure exactly how the work permit thing works.
I think you can't do much because to sign a play without EU passport they have to play 80% of certain amout of matches for their country but I have no idea of how many games.
Try players with double nationality (like Argentine and Italy) and international carrer.. ;)
I would say try to buy players from Europe or with EU natianalities.
Work permits in England have various rules and regulations, you can have a look here.

Basically, the player you wish to bring (without a EU nationality) should be a great talent and have played for his country for the past 2 years (I think U21 and lower might still be good).

Otherwise add the 'EU National' filter when you're searching for players.
To be quite honest your better of signing EU National or players from the UK & Ireland because a lot of the players coming over from Brazil and Argentina will really struggle to adapt to life in The English Leagues . . .
