How to change in-game 3D kits?

I used FMTRE to change the kits the players wear IN GAME. I made sure i saved every changes, and i double checked it. But In-Game, there isn't any changes to the kits other than the Text colors. Does anyone know how to change it?! Im managing Reading in CH

Maybe download the real kits?
