Genie Scout Values and Sale Values

I am Managing Scunthorpe in Sky Bet League 2. One of my players, Harry Davis, is valued at $300,000,000 in Genie Scout and shows as valued between $5,000 and $28,000 in the game. When I sort all the players in Genie Scout by value, there are over 1000 players valued at $300,000,000 in my load of just 42,000 players.

Harry is a fairly decent player in the League 2 but certainly not worth anywhere near that value in GS. Is this a bug or is it related to it being a Beta game?

That value is when the player is not for sale.
The value is Representative not the real value.
Sometimes it shows the player Rescission clause when is only to natinal league like in Brazil.
