Downloaded the FM Scout Editor for FM22, selected my manager from the drop-down menu and ticked 'Become Unsackable' and then clicked 'Save'. Come January and my manager has been sacked from his job anyway. I reloaded the FM22 save to just before the sacking, opened the FM Scout Editor again, re-ticked 'Become Unsackable' for the manager, clicked 'Save' and then the manager was promptly sacked again anyway. What am I doing wrong?
