A few words by the creator of the 4-3-3 FM comic.

I love Football Manager, it's been apart of my life since I first played Championship Manager 99/00.

For a while, I wanted to make Football Manager content, but I'm not a particularly good writer for a blog, nor am I charismatic enough to stream or make videos.

But, despite having no experience drawing - 4-3-3 is a web comic that spawned from that desire to make FM content and share my stories.

The comic is a humorous look and parody of the trials and tribulations we as managers go through on a daily basis.

It is told through the lens of a female manager, who must deal with the wonderfully fickle players, backroom staff, chairman, press and fans.

Alice McNamara (AKA FM_Girl)

The 4-3-3 comic is inspired by her FM22 adventures with Wrexham AFC.

I think this is a funny and refreshing way of approaching a FM story and deserves its own thread here.

With kind permission, I'll be sharing new chapters here as replies, shortly after they get published on social media.

You can follow Alice on Twitter for additional content.

So let's get started!
