Error loading game

I uninstalled it, re-installed it. Checked that I have the latest version comp. with FM22.1. Checked that I have FM22.1 wich I have. Created a new save but still the same issue... this really sucks that we can't even get a respons.

my genie scout isn't working, it says I have to save the game and try again but it never works, I've uninstalled it and installed it again, but it doesn't work, does anyone have a solution?
