Transfer Windows Broken

Hi all,

First time posting.

I have a save with Brackley starting in NNL. I can sign players all year round, on frees and for money. Why is this? It seems broken.

As far as I’m aware I’m not playing a mod, although I do have some installed that I can play should I wish. I installed the mods after I started the save on the original game.

I thought it might have been a covid measure for non-league the game had included, but I’m season two in the NL and am able to sign players for small sums in March - they join my team straight away!

Help - I don’t want to abandon the save.
