Low FPS and Stuttering Problems

I have a good PC for FM22 but I am experiencing lag and low fps in and off matches. For example when I click on a transfer offer came for my player, game freezes for a second and opens the transfer offer. In matches my FPS goes below 60 sometimes. Is optimization bad this year?
