Possible to change national team squad size for friendlies and qualifiers using the editor?

I want to change it to maximum 30 player squad with a minimum of 26. I never thought this was possible but I just noticed that if you play as a North American national team you can choose up to 50 players and it has never been like that in previous football manager games, so i am hoping you can now edit it somehow? I have both the ingame editor and realtime editor.
