im coming towards the end of the 1st season with swansea and im getting promoted so i was thinking of changing around the whole of my staff and i was wondering who to get for each role, preerably people who would come to swansea and be an improvement on what i have

if you are a top english club - have a look at the England back room staff. I have signed two Italians for Liverpool (still working with England)and their stats are excellent - and they speak English (the ones i signed anyway)
