i want to build my own editor for fm 2011.

where i can download it?

thnks for the info...
i want to get all player match statistics history.

is there anyway i can get it?

thnks for the help...
If it's written in c++ I could help out.
Perhaps it's time we here at fmscout put together a team that could develop a scouting application together..?

i just want to know how i can access the database of match statistic of each player. if i know it, it's not a problem for me to use c# syntax.

btw, if it's written in c++, how can i do that?
Ok, so it's C#, well.. I can take a look at it later, I've got work till 22 Brazilian time.
But my question still stands, anyone up for a joined effort to make a scouting utility for FM11?
We could incorporate match statistics into this.
If we created a group of programmers to work on it we could get something good up and running with more stable updates.
The guy behind FMassistant doesn't seem to have time (Being in the army and all) to provide updates often, and Eugene hasn't given us any clue as to when he'll actually release FMscout.
The problem with this framework is that it works real-time and reads from the memory. This has plenty of disadvantages that translate into inefficient and inaccurate output at times (for example contracts are still problematic at the moment), and of course slow performance.

Yet it would be nice to see a new coordinated effort at it, because Kostas indeed has no time to deal with FM Assistant this year. You could also use the open-source code of FMSX and see if you can make a utility that would load the save game like Genie Scout (not real-time).

Looking through the code it seems that this functionality would have to be implemented in the player.cs
we'd have to take a look at how FM saves this information and then get the array of performances ..

Yeah... Perhaps we could simply port FMSX to pc?
Haven't looked at the code yet, so really can't tell..
The point here being: A coordinated effort would probably yield better results than 10 independent guys working on their own projects...

EDIT:
The workings of Xcode (Objective C) is a big unknown to me, buuuuut a quick googling turned up this tool:
http://www.cocotron.org/
Haven't looked into it yet though...
Sounds promising mate ;)

If you need any kind of help from me, just ask. I'm not into C# development though, I'm good with user interface and branding.
yeah, cocotron is what im playing around with for a test port

that is to say Im secretly trying to successfully port my baby to windows :P

Sounds awesome! I'll play around with it when I get home from work..
I love how the creators of tools like this always say stuff like "it's easy to do thus, you'll juuuust need to change (insert a list of a million things)"..
wow. the discussion and the project of scouting utility for FM11 is sound interesting.

but unfortunately i have to work for my last assignment until february/march. So i can not join the team until then. sorry mate, it's for the sake of my graduation. after then, i will feel please to help for the project... :p
Humhum... been playing around with the port...
If I figure it out I'll post again...
But this is really not my forte, would be a helluva lot easier if we had the framework from GS (Or time and intelligence to build it ourselves.. )
